The WWE wrestlers suing WWE for CTE, employment misclassification, wrongful death and concealment of the risks of head injuries filed their final appeal in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals in New York on July 8, 2019. The Appeal was filed by Kyros Law Offices. The Appeal consolidates five appeals (and two motions for sanctions) for over 60 wrestlers and their families.
